MANHOLE REFURBISHMENT
Manholes are among the most corrosion-prone assets in a sewer network, with hydrogen sulfide attack steadily degrading the concrete. We restore structural integrity through epoxy relining and civil works, rebuilding profile where needed and sealing the substrate with corrosion-resistant coating systems — returning a fully rehabilitated chamber to service with decades of added life.
SEWER PUMP STATION REFURBISHMENT
Wet wells operate in one of the harshest environments in the network — permanent immersion, turbulence and aggressive gas exposure. We deliver full refurbishment, from stripping failed coatings and repairing spalled concrete to applying high-build protective linings engineered for continuous wastewater service. Works are staged to minimise downtime and return the station to reliable operation.
HYDRO-DEMOLITION & COATING REMOVAL
High-pressure water jetting selectively removes deteriorated concrete and failed coatings while leaving sound substrate and reinforcing steel intact and undamaged. Compared with mechanical breaking it produces far less vibration, dust and noise, making it ideal for live and sensitive environments — and it leaves the clean, profiled surface a durable coating bond depends on.
CONCRETE SURFACE PREPERATION
A coating is only as good as the surface beneath it. We prepare concrete to the required profile and cleanliness — removing contaminants, laitance, oils and failed coatings, and addressing cracks and defects — so protective systems achieve full adhesion and long-term durability. Every surface is prepared to the specification of the system being applied.
ABRASIVE BLAST AND PAINT
For steel and concrete alike, we abrasive-blast corrosion, scale and old coatings back to a sound, profiled surface, then apply protective paint and coating systems. This is essential for treatment plant steelwork and structures exposed to permanent immersion, where corrosion protection directly determines how long the asset lasts.
CONCRETE INJECTING & SEALING
Water infiltration undermines structures and overloads treatment facilities with excess flow. We inject and seal cracks, joints and defects at the source — stopping infiltration, protecting embedded reinforcement and restoring the integrity of the structure. Reducing inflow lowers operating costs and frees capacity across the network.
PROTECTIVE COATINGS & LININGS
At the core of our work are corrosion-resistant systems selected for the specific conditions of each asset. We apply 100% solid, high-moisture-tolerant, wet-to-dry epoxies, cement-based structural renders and ultra-high-build coatings by manual and airless spray — systems that cure underwater, return assets to service quickly, and deliver holiday-free finishes engineered for biogenic and chemical-induced corrosion.
